  • What currency is used on the website?
    All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Kroner)
  • Is the webshop for both B2C and B2B?
    No, the shop is only for B2B customers. If you're a B2C customer, please visit my Etsy shop. If you have found items on this site that you wish to purchase as a B2C customer please reach out.
  • How do I order?
    If you wish to order items from the webshop please place them in your basket and proceed to check-out. Here you can add you will be asked to supply your company information. Once you have pressed 'place order' the items in your basket will be reserved to you. You will not be asked to pay when you place an order.
  • Can I build up an order over time?
    My shop works by a reservation principle. This means that you're welcome to build your order by adding new items everytime you see something you like. You can add items to your current order for one month. After that we will arrange shipping and payment.
  • Where are you located?
    Shaped In Scandinavia is located just outside the city Roskilde in Denmark. We supply vintage shops worldwide with handpicked, quality vintage pieces from Scandinavia.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    You are always welcome to visit my showroom just outside Roskilde, Denmark. Please reach out to make an appointment.
  • How often do you add new products to the shop?
    I usually list new items 2-4 times each week. New items are often sold out quickly, so please come back regularly to see what's new. During holidays and vacation the frequency of new listings will reduce.
  • Can I cancel reserved items?
    I appreciate that you only check out / reserve items that you're sure you want to purchase. If you're uncertain about an item, please don't check it out from the shop. I prefer not to cancel reserved items.
  • Is shipping included in the price?
    No, the shipping cost is not included in the price shown on the website. The shipping cost will be calculated once your order is packed.
  • What do I do if items get damaged during shipping?
    I always strive to pack very thorougly and I rarely experience items being damaged during shipping. However, if you received damaged items please let me know. I always guarantee shipping. This means that if anything gets damaged you will received either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item on your next order.
  • How do I pay?
    When you wish to have your order shipped, I will calculate the total shipping cost and issue an invoice. Payment will be done via bank transfer or by using WISE. All fees and costs will be paid by the buyer. You can also pay via PayPal, but there is a 10% fee for this.
  • Can I pay via PayPal?
    Yes, you can pay via PayPal, but there will be a charged a 10% fee for this.
  • Quality of the items
    All items sold on the website are vintage pieces. This means that they will naturally bear a trace of time and use. I always try to display the condition of each item as well as possible - on photos and in the description. Please be sure to read the description and check the photos. If an item has a damage this will always be described in the text.
  • I'm not finding what I'm looking for!
    If you're searching for items not shown in my shop please reach out. I will happily see if I can find it for you.
  • The item I want is sold out
    If the item you wish to purchase is sold out, please reach out by pressing the 'notify me when this item is back'-button. This way I will be notified of your interest and I will try to bring the item back in stock as soon as possible.
